12.0Quote statuses and the allowed moves between them: from, to, who may trigger it, and the condition.

12.1Are all quotes tied to an opportunity? If yes: which fields sync in each direction, how is the primary quote chosen, and should sync run in the background? What starts a sync?

12.2Where do quotes start: opportunity, account, contract, an asset (renewal or amendment), an API or integration?

12.3Line editor layout by persona: which fields show, which are editable, field order, summary panel fields, and any custom header action buttons.

12.4Should the editor filter which products reps can add (for example, by account region or price book)? State the filter rules.

12.5Do users group lines (by site, phase, or location)? Name the grouping field and say whether groups carry their own totals or pricing.

12.6When a quote or order is cloned, what must be copied, reset, or blocked: pricing, dates, approvals, status?

12.7Do reps import quote lines from CSV? Give the columns, validation rules, who imports, and typical volume.

12.8Multi-currency: can a quote change currency after lines are added? Which price book applies to which currency?

12.9Must quotes show tax? If yes, when is tax calculated (on save, on demand, on order) and by which engine (see M22)?

12.10Quote to order: what must be true before an order can be created (status, approvals, valid dates)? Who triggers it, automatic or manual? One order per quote, or several? If several, state the split rule (product family, ship-to, start date) with an example.
