Test 1 - Mike's Review

1.1List every org: production, each sandbox (type, name, purpose, refresh date), and any scratch orgs or Dev Hub. Say which org the agent builds in first.

1.2Are Salesforce CPQ (SBQQ), Salesforce Billing, or Industries CPQ installed? If yes, which objects and flows are in use, and will they run alongside Revenue Cloud or be retired? Salesforce documents coexistence rules for each.

1.3Current enablement status: is Revenue Cloud turned on (Revenue Settings), is Context Service enabled, and have Revenue Cloud permission sets been assigned to your admin? Is Salesforce Go in use?

1.4Is any org on Government Cloud? Salesforce documents that Revenue Cloud components do not function there. If yes, stop and tell us.

1.5Is the mobile app required for any Revenue Cloud task? Salesforce documents limited mobile capability. If yes, list the tasks.

1.6Attach an inventory of existing customization on Account, Opportunity, Quote, Order, Contract, Asset, and Product2: custom fields, record types, flows, Apex triggers, validation rules.

1.7Is multi-currency enabled? Corporate currency, active currencies, and whether dated exchange rates are used.

1.8Source control and release path: repository URL, branch strategy, who approves merges, and the promotion path between orgs.

1.9How will the agent authenticate? Name the method (connected app or external client app with JWT, or SFDX auth URL), the run-as user, the permission set groups it holds, and the API version. Do not paste secrets here; deliver them through your secrets manager.

1.10Which tools may the agent use: Salesforce CLI, Metadata API, Tooling API, Connect REST business APIs, Bulk API? Any IP restrictions or login hours?

1.11May the agent create and delete test records? In which orgs, and with what naming prefix so test data is easy to purge?
